Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
• Meet with clients to greet them and explain services.
• Ensure client signs Terms and Conditions before work starts.
• Conduct routine equipment servicing in the field.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Install and test new equipment.
• Provide preventive equipment maintenance.
• Provide training on new equipment installations.
• Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
• Complete job reports.
