Job summary

HomeSmiles is seeking a Field Technician to service homes, apartments, and businesses. You will handle 18+ maintenance items, using pressure washers, water poles, generators, and ladders up to 50 ft high at job sites in the metro-Atlanta area.

You should be comfortable with on-site safety procedures, have troubleshooting skills, and adapt to a changing schedule. Strong communication with Lead Technicians is essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Good communication and training skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment, ladders and rooftops.
  • Willingness to travel within metro-Atlanta (up to 10 miles outside I-285).
  • Mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to explain services.
  • Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
  • Conduct routine equipment servicing in the field.
  • Provide preventive maintenance.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
  • Install and test new equipment.
  • Obtain technical training on new equipment installations and safety procedures.
  • Capture before and after photos and complete job reports.
