Job summary

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Annie's Townhomes in the Memphis metropolitan area. The full-time role includes weekend hours and responsibilities across leasing, payments, and resident services.

You will maintain property knowledge, inspect common areas, process service requests, and support the property manager as needed. A 1–2 year background in residential management and experience with OneSite or Yardi are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of residential management or leasing experience
• Experience using property management software (OneSite or Yardi preferred)
• Available to work weekends
• Able to walk the property, which may include stairs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Must pass credit, background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the property, amenities and community.
• Handle all aspects of leasing apartments.
• Collect and enter rental payments.
• Record daily traffic information.
• Handle or assist in processing residents’ service requests and other maintenance requests.
• Perform daily inspection of model apartment, common areas and community amenities.
• Assist in the inspection of vacant apartments.
• Assume duties of the property manager and/or perform other duties as directed.
