Blanton Turner is seeking a Leasing Agent for Amelia at Angle Lake and Rook properties. You will engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, and drive leasing while delivering outstanding customer service and a polished brand image.

In this role you will market available units, coordinate lead tracking, and support resident relations across two sites in the Seatac and Tacoma area. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Drive new leases and renewals to meet leasing goals.
• Conduct property tours for prospective residents.
