The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, seeks applicants for an Assistant/Associate/Full Professor to teach property law beginning in the 2027-2028 academic year. We welcome exceptional candidates with a passion for teaching and scholarship who want to join a collegial, student‑oriented faculty.

Additional curricular needs include constitutional law, contracts, IP, business associations, remedies, family law, employment law, and related courses.

Formación

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree.
• Exceptional academic record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in teaching and research.
• Commitment to the vision, mission, and core values of the lawschool.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technological competence.
• Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Teach property law commencing in the 2027-2028 academic year, with secondary curricular needs across constitutional law, contracts, IP, business associations, remedies, family law, employment law, and related areas.
• Contribute to a collegial, student-oriented, committed faculty environment.
• Engage in scholarship and service aligning with the law school's anti-racist vision.
