Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. seeks a hands-on Property Set Up/ Lease-Up Manager to lead the launch of new properties from construction completion through lease-up. You will coordinate across teams to ensure site readiness, staffing, and occupancy targets are met on time.

This role fits a proactive leader who builds systems, develops teams from scratch, and drives leasing performance while upholding quality and resident experience at the center.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in property set-up or lease-up roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and training experience in lease-up environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for new site teams and ensure tools are available for success.
• Collaborate across Construction, Marketing, Accounting, IT, Portfolio Management, and Compliance.
• Conduct site and unit walks with construction for acceptance and readiness for leasing.
• Drive staffing and lease-up goals and monitor occupancy progress.
• Support full property set-up including marketing materials and leasing office readiness.
• Mentor teams on lease-up processes, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Travel to multiple properties for on-site support and training.
