Job summary

Axle is seeking a Property Technician to join our NIH/NLM operations in Bethesda, MD. You will support inventory control, facilities inspections, and staff training for supply delivery and distribution of government property.

Requires an Associate’s degree and 5–7 years’ related experience, with proficiency in MS Office and PMIS. Eligibility to work at NIH facilities and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent in public administration or accounting.
• 5-7 years of related experience with data entry and inventory skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain NIH safety standards for the warehouse area.
• Teach inventory management to staff and monitor training progress.
• Operate and train staff on the OAMAS Supply system and PMIS.
• Stock, pull and deliver supplies; inspect facilities and equipment on NIH campus.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and assist in physical inventory and dispatch.
