Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Integration Specialist to support newly acquired properties through onboarding, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination. You will serve as the primary contact for associates, coordinate travel, and assist with data gathering and Salesforce records.

The role emphasizes tight collaboration with operations, adherence to schedules, and ongoing training to promote smooth property integrations across locations.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years property management experience required.
• Experience with property management software (Salesforce, Yardi Voyager, RentCafé, RealPage, OneSite) preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide guidance and mentorship for new associates, including property managers and regional leaders.
• Serve as single point of contact for new properties and Avenue5 associates; address questions promptly.
• Coordinate travel and meeting logistics; manage related expenses.
• Assist with onboarding and integration tasks; document requirements and timelines.
• Prepare communications for residents and suppliers; support property technology setups.
