Job summary

Avenue5 is growing and seeking an integration specialist to assist newly acquired properties and associates with transitioning into Avenue5. This role is the first line of support and documents integration requirements and specifications as well as adhering to project timelines and completing administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in property management is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship for new associates, including property managers and regional leaders.
• Serve as single point of contact for new properties and Avenue5 associates for questions.
• Coordinate travel and meetings with other associates involved in integration.
• Prepare communication for residents and suppliers.
• Complete Salesforce Integration records and related onboarding tasks.
