Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to understand financial statements and accounting as it relates to apartment operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise property managers of REAC and USPS violations found.
• Perform scheduled inspections of properties for maintenance.
• Liaise with external agencies for permits and documents.
