Roofstock is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to maintain short-term rental homes in Wisconsin, Oregon. This full-time position involves inspections, maintenance, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

As a Hospitality Coordinator, you’re the on‑ground expert keeping our short‑term rental homes functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. Your field‑based work across a subset of homes in your zone, reporting to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops, directly shapes guest satisfaction, review scores, and the care of our homeowners’ properties.
$22.50/hr, Full‑time. Availability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings (with 2 days off each week).
As a Hospitality Coordinator, you’ll serve as the on‑the‑ground expert responsible for keeping our homes functional, clean, and stocked (FCS) for every guest. You’ll perform inspections, restock supplies, prep for arrivals, complete light maintenance, and respond to in‑market issues during and between stays. This role is a combination of a property caretaker and a runner, sometimes including tasks associated with a hotel front desk. You’ll be field‑based, covering a subset of homes in your zone, and will report to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops. Your work will directly impact guest satisfaction, review scores, and how well we care for our homeowners’ properties.
Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and other job‑related factors. Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.
