Compensation

Pay: $22.50/hr; Schedule: Full‑time, availability for weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings; 2 days off per week. Car allowance: $135/month. Tools allowance: $100/month.

About the Role

As a Hospitality Coordinator, you are the on‑ground expert ensuring our short‑term rental homes are functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. You will conduct inspections, restock supplies, prepare properties for arrivals, perform light maintenance, and respond to in‑market issues between stays.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections before and after guest stays, documenting findings and reporting issues via task management systems.
  • Restock consumables and inventory to maintain FCS readiness.
  • Place hospitality touches such as gifts and welcome notes for guests.
  • Handle basic maintenance tasks (light bulb changes, TV resets, small repairs); coordinate larger issues with Maintenance.
  • Support turnovers: bedmaking, resetting decor, tidying, removing trash.
  • Respond promptly to urgent in‑stay needs or on‑the‑ground guest issues when dispatched.
  • Track supply usage and flag homes with unusual patterns or repeated problems.
  • Present a professional presence in the field; take incoming and outgoing calls/messages to guests and owners as needed.
  • Assist Hospitality Managers in dispatching field tasks during non‑peak periods.
  • Primarily support your zone’s operations, assisting other zones as market needs arise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Success Measures
  • Guest satisfaction and review scores (portfolio average above 4.8).
  • Number of inspections completed per shift/day.
  • Completion rate and accuracy for assigned tasks.
  • Responsiveness to urgent or in‑stay issues.
  • Homes consistently meeting FCS standards as verified by market leadership.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in hospitality, property care, vacation rentals, or related field.
  • Detail‑oriented and highly reliable.
  • Consistent adherence to checklists and branding standards.
  • Physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs and walking/standing for the duration of the day.
  • Strong communication skills and a service‑minded attitude.
  • Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and on‑call rotations.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Comfortable walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent travel within market and regular driving between properties.
  • Primarily in‑home work with occasional supply runs or warehouse coordination.
  • Availability for weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings (2 days off per week).
