Monarch Investment And Management Group is hiring a full-time housekeeper to clean and maintain the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public areas at Pecan Grove and Rosewood Apartments in Alexandria, LA.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a willingness to drive between properties, and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay ranges from $12–$14 per hour with bi-weekly pay and quarterly bonuses up to $750, potentially $3,000 yearly.

Qualificações

• 3–6 months experience in professional cleaning or related responsibilities preferred.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Drivers license required.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain entire property in good condition.
• Clean vacant apartments for new occupants.
• Daily trash removal and cleaning of public areas.
• Care, maintenance and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• May assist with light maintenance including painting on turnovers.
• Snow removal.
