Job summary

Venterra Realty seeks a Porter to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across community spaces, including pools, parking lots, and breezeways. You will handle trash removal, light maintenance tasks, and assist with apartment turnover to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

As a Porter, you will work outdoors in various weather conditions, contribute to safety and cleanliness, and provide occasional emergency maintenance support as part of a collaborative team dedicated to resident

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive in maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property including grounds, pools, and common areas.
• Ensure amenities are clean, functional and safe at all times.
• Assist in unit turnover by removing items left by residents.
• Manage trash removal, deliver notices, address debris or hazards promptly.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support team with other duties to sustain resident satisfaction.
