Venterra Realty is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of its community at Trevesta Place. You will handle trash removal, light maintenance tasks, and assist with apartment turnover, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining standards.
• Lifting/carrying up to 75 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, pools, spas, parking lots, breezeways and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality and safety of amenities at all times.
• Assist in unit turnover by removing items left by previous residents.
• Deliver notices, manage trash removal, and address debris or hazards on the property.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties to maintain resident satisfaction.
