Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Sandy Creek, a 140-unit community in Bryan, TX. You will perform daily grounds maintenance, trash removal, landscaping tasks, and help keep common areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include operating a digital device for work orders, inspections, and documentation; maintaining safety; attending meetings; and supporting staff as needed. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles on the property.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and Exterior Maintenance – remove trash, clean around dumpsters, rake/mulch and water landscaped areas, and perform snow removal per policy.
• Common Area and Facility Cleaning – empty trash, clean fixtures, and replenish supplies in common areas and laundry rooms.
• Communication and Administrative Tasks – deliver community fliers, review and update work orders daily, and document tasks.
