Job summary

Rental Asset Management LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of properties within the portfolio across New York. You will support the maintenance team with basic tasks, unit turns, and make-readies to keep communities clean, safe, and functional.

This role requires hands-on ability, attention to detail, and willingness to travel between properties. Prior groundskeeping or apartment maintenance experience is preferred. RAM values reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to perform hands-on tasks including painting and minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify safety concerns.
• Able to travel between properties within the portfolio as needed.
