Responsibilities

• Maintain the property buildings and grounds on a daily basis.
• Keep breezeways free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep or blow debris from walkways and areas.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect conditions.
• Pressure wash the buildings as needed.
• Prepare market-ready units for showing.
• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.
