ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain our residential properties in Dallas, TX. You will be responsible for cleaning common areas, tending exteriors, and ensuring market-ready units for residents and clients.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliable organizational skills to keep breezeways, buildings, and grounds free of debris while supporting a safe, welcoming community environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walking the property monthly
• Pressure washing the buildings
• Preparing market ready units
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris
