Qualifications

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and complete physical labor for up to eight hours per day.
• Ability to communicate and comprehend in English.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all other common areas.
• Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the dumpster areas and preparation for trash pick-up.
• Maintain the grass and landscaping, including watering of flowers.
• Ensure apartments are presentable before move-in.
• Advise supervisor of items needing attention in the apartment; e.g., ripped carpet, torn linoleum, window or door repair.
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Communicate with the Maintenance Team Leader regarding issues needing attention.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Attend in-service training sessions.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
