Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper to join Lake Weston Point, a 228-unit apartment community in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on keeping the property clean, safe, and visually appealing, with daily trash removal, landscaping, and exterior maintenance.

You will manage work orders via a digital device, assist staff, adhere to Fair Housing laws, and maintain a professional standard in interactions with residents, vendors, and colleagues. A valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English and follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to operate a digital maintenance device and manage work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily exterior trash removal and clean around dumpsters.
• Maintain landscaping: rake, mulch, weed, and water.
• Clean common areas and laundry rooms as needed.
• Perform snow/ice removal per policy.
• Use a digital device to review, update, and document work orders.
• Uphold safety and Fair Housing compliance.
