Hilltop Residential in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal and daily grounds upkeep across our properties. You will perform inspections, assist with light maintenance, and ensure equipment is in good working order, supporting a pleasant living environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance, a flexible schedule including weekends, and on-call rotation for emergencies. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintain property grounds with daily upkeep and inspections.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent curb appeal by daily maintenance and upkeep of the property grounds
• Perform daily inspection of property grounds to identify areas for improvement
• Assist with light maintenance duties, work orders, and unit turns
• Ensure all property equipment is in working condition
• Understand the overall layout of the property including equipment locations, pet areas, and pool/spa
• Inspect the property; pick up trash and debris.
