Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to speak before groups of staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, life safety, doors, windows, flooring and roof systems.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance Manager for needs.
• Follow maintenance schedules (landscape lighting, sprinklers, pool temperature).
• Perform regularly scheduled maintenance tasks (filters, painting, updates).
• Adhere to operations standards, policies, and training material.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Weekend availability required.
• Ensure equipment is safe and functional.
• Maintain safety awareness and OSHA compliance.
