Job summary

Campbell Property Management in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain landscaping, outdoor spaces, walkways, and common areas across the community. You will perform general groundskeeping duties, power washing sidewalks and building exteriors, basic painting tasks, and assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing packages as directed.

This full-time position runs Sun–Thu 8am–4pm with pay up to $22 per hour DOE; candidates must pass drug screening and background

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
• Safely operate groundskeeping tools and equipment.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.
• Support the maintenance team with additional duties.
