Campbell Property Management in Dania Beach, FL is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper to maintain the condominium community's buildings, grounds, pool area, and amenities. You will complete work orders, perform basic repairs, painting, pressure washing, and keep common areas clean and inviting.

The role requires a self-starter attitude, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and compliance with safety procedures, including drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter and able to accomplish duties without constant supervision.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned maintenance work orders.
• Inspect property and address maintenance concerns.
• Keep grounds and dumpster areas clean and free of trash.
• Maintain swimming pool area and poolside bathrooms.
• Perform painting, pressure washing, and minor repairs.
• Assist with light carpentry and general repairs as needed.
