Job summary

Seek Now is seeking capable 1099 independent field inspectors to provide accurate, impartial property inspections for insurance, real estate, and facilities clients. You will collect data using our proprietary software on a smartphone and deliver complete reports from home-based markets within a 100-mile radius.

As a frontline specialist, you’ll inspect roofs and interiors, travel to catastrophe zones as needed, and work with a team that supports you with lodging on CAT assignments and paid

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to access and inspect steep and/or high roofs.
• Travel to perform inspections in areas hit by weather catastrophes when needed.
• Ability to transport a 32’ ft ladder safely with a vehicle.
• Willingness to earn HAAG Certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, impartial inspections, including age and condition.
• Sketch and measure roof and/or room components.
• Document inspections using our proprietary software on a smartphone.
• Cover a 100-mile radius around your home market and manage time efficiently.
• Coordinate lodging on CAT assignments when provided by Seek Now.
