American Modern Insurance Group, a Munich Re company, is seeking a Property Field Adjuster in Hartford, CT to manage residential property claims end-to-end. You will conduct on-site inspections, assess damage, determine coverage, and develop estimates while guiding policyholders through the claims process with clear communication.

The role requires 3+ years of property claims experience, familiarity with Xactimate/Cotality/Symbility, and the ability to work in the field, including climbing

Qualifications

• Three years or more of Property claims handling experience.
• Experience with estimating platforms (Xactimate, Cotality, Symbility, etc.).
• Experience with property inspections and damage assessment.
• Knowledge of dwelling/mobile home construction.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in the field, including climbing ladders (40+ lbs).
• Applicants requiring employer sponsorship of a visa will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution.

What You'll Do

• Own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution

What You Bring

Location & Travel

Candidates must be located in or near Hartford, CT area and must have flexibility to complete CAT deployment as needed.

The salary range for this role in Connecticut is between $60,000 and $93,000 annually plus bonus and benefits mentioned above.
