Job summary

Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA) is the world’s largest network of privately owned campgrounds and the leader in outdoor hospitality.

The Property Engineer at KOA Middleborough will oversee daily maintenance, lead a team of engineers and groundskeepers, and ensure safety and quality across all campground systems. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, guest service, and budget awareness, with responsibilities spanning MEP troubleshooting, training, and collaboration with the General

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years experience in a supervisory or higher role in maintenance or related field.
Basic knowledge of the English language.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills with ability to manage confrontation.
Ability to read and maintain a budget.
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day maintenance and grounds operations at the campground.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of maintenance engineers and groundskeepers.
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to KOA quality standards and regulations.
Develop, maintain, and execute a preventative maintenance program.
Coordinate with GM/AGM and other departments to prioritize repairs and projects.
