Duties

1. Prepares, maintains, and reviews for accuracy all property inventory listings.
2. Processes property disposal and accounting transactions using automated systems.
3. Serves as primary visitor control point of contact to screen all vehicles and personnel entering the facilities.
4. Composes and types routine, non-technical correspondence and/or one-time reports.
5. Compiles management data, statistics, information and flow charts.

Qualifications

To qualify for a Property Disposal Technician (OA), your resume and supporting documentation must support:

• Typing proficiency: Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Specialized experience: One year of experience related to the duties of the position, such as database management, property accountability, visitor control, or equipment maintenance.
• Education: 4 years of college or university education above high school, or equivalent.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.
