Job description

The Gold Rush Inn mission is to support combat-ready and strategic artic airpower! Join our prestigious team with over 100 rooms and more than 7 million dollars of annual revenue, providing world-class hospitality to our dedicated military members, civilians, and families.

Duties

Manages expendable and nonexpendable supply equipment items for lodging services through stock control, requisitioning, delivery, and inventory control. Analyzes factors such as usage rates, inventory, seasonal demands, prices, and program changes. Determines quantities required and ensures timely stock replenishment and rotation based on experience, historical data, occupancy, and utilization. Establishes and maintains minimum stock levels of all supplies to prevent work stoppages. Manages stocks of perishable items to ensure usage before expiration. Ensures the security of high-value and pilferable items. Maintains MSDS on all chemical solutions. Performs pickup and delivery of supplies and equipment to maintain stock levels. Salvages broken or obsolete supplies. Maintains an accurate property accounting system and performs property management duties. Responsible for warehousing supplies according to safety standards. Performs routine tasks such as document pickup, sorting, and distribution. Maintains and catalogs files for easy retrieval. Ensures maintenance of warehousing equipment. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Complete a background investigation.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Possess or obtain a valid driver's license.
  • Meet physical requirements, including a pre-employment physical.
  • Meet legal age requirements for working with alcoholic beverages.
