Job summary

Newbury Living is seeking a Property Director to lead a portfolio of ~400 units across Denver communities. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident engagement.

You will work closely with teams to optimize operations and uphold property standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property management, with multi-site or regional experience preferred, and familiarity with RealPage or Appfolio.

Newbury Living | Full-Time | Exempt

Ready to take your leadership to the next level? Newbury Living is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years property management experience and prior regional or multi-site experience preferred in the Denver or Colorado area.

Must be a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this high-impact role, you'll:

• Oversee approximately 400 units across multiple Denver communities


• Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy and leasing performance


• Improve resident retention, satisfaction and engagement


• Monitor leasing activity, traffic, pricing, renewals and delinquency


• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions


• Maintain strong curb appeal and property standards

• A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
