Job summary

Newbury Living in Denver is seeking a Property Director with 5+ years of property management experience and prior regional or multi-site experience preferred in the Denver area. • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
• A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with day-to-day operational excellence.
• Is familiar with the Denver metro apartment market
• Experienced with RealPage and/or Appfolio software platforms
• Has a passion for leasing, resident retention and team development
• Passionate about making a difference in communities
• Experience with affordable housing, tax credit, or mixed-income is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
