Class Valuation is seeking a proactive Property Data Collector to join our digital panel as a 1099 contractor in Merrimack County, NH ( Concord ). You will use mobile technology to capture property data, floor plans, measurements and photos for appraisal-related reports.

No prior experience is required; training is provided and you will work flexibly across assignments, balancing other commitments while delivering consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in real estate, data collection, photography, or 12+ months of customer service.
• Independent contractor capable and able to travel to client homes.
• Proficient with mobile technology and professional communication.

Compensation of $105 per assignment. Pleasenotethere is a $6 tech fee per order.Additionalfees may be approved for complexities on acase by casebasis.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in real estate, data collections, photography, OR at least 12 months of outstanding customer service experience
• Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
• Ability to travel and engage professionally with clients in their homes
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and tangible results
• Ability to obtain a background check through our 3rd party vendor
• An iPhone 12-17 Pro or Pro max
• A thorough understanding of property data collections, appraisals, BPOs, and property completion reports preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress codes on-site
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• EINrequiredfor state of California only
