Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking Property Data Collectors for the Lebanon, NH area. You will use a mobile device to capture floor plans, measurements, and photos, with full training and ongoing support provided.

The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn income by completing data collection assignments. No real estate experience is required, and you will join a nationwide network with a supportive training program.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience in real estate, data collections, photography, OR at least 12 months of outstanding customer service experience
• Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
• Ability to travel and engage professionally with clients in their homes
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and tangible results
• Ability to obtain a background check through our 3rd party vendor
• An iPhone 12-17 Pro or Pro max
• A thorough understanding of property data collections, appraisals, BPOs, and property completion reports preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress codes on-site
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• EINrequiredfor state of California only
• Comprehensive virtual training provided in a modular format, with review from a live trainer
• Continued education and feedback to continuously improve and earn more business
• Work as an independent contractor (1099)
• Additionalwork and panel opportunities within Class Valuation
• Work both on the road and in the comfort of borrowers' homes
