The ideal candidate has property damage experience in a personal injury firm, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with legal case management software. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Must have property damage experience in a Personal Injury firm.
• Experience with loss of use and diminished value preferred.
• Manage property damage claim to include collaborating with insurance adjusters, body shops, car rental, etc.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through property damage claims and case process.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, body shops, rental agencies, and other parties.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with clients.
• Provide bilingual support when needed
