Job summary

DBI Construction Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager I in Philadelphia to oversee all phases of building consulting projects. You will evaluate damaged structures, develop scopes of repair, and cost projections while coordinating timelines and resource needs.

You will lead project teams, maintain client relationships, identify risks, and ensure documentation and budgets are tracked to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction, restoration, and/or property insurance related fields.
• Ability to travel and build comradery with a response team.
• Willingness to travel +/- 25% of the workweek.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
• Experience with Xactimate, RS Means, Bluebeam Revu, Primavera and MS Projects preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed budgets, estimates, and proposals across lump sum, unit rate, and cost-plus formats.
• Manage project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation to meet delivery commitments.
• Organize project teams and maintain effective relationships with staff, consultants, and clients.
• Identify risk exposures and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
• Enforce department standards for deliverables, budget tracking, and project documentation.
• Ensure the flow of project information is maintained and documented.
