Job summary

Ekspert Counsel in Miami is seeking a Property Damage Litigation Paralegal to join a fast-paced litigation team. The ideal candidate will manage cases from inception through trial, support attorneys, and maintain a high level of client service.

You will handle case files, draft and file documents, coordinate discovery, and assist with trial preparation. Bilingual English and Spanish is required, with solid knowledge of Florida procedures and the ability to work independently while collaborating

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain litigation case files, ensuring documents, records, and correspondence are organized and up to date.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and discovery responses.
• Coordinate and manage all phases of the discovery process, including document production, medical records collection, and deposition preparation.
• Conduct legal and factual research in support of case strategy and litigation efforts.
• Monitor court deadlines, hearing dates, and litigation calendars to ensure timely filings and compliance.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, trial binders, and courtroom logistics.
• Support case management activities from intake through resolution.
