You will handle depositions, draft pleadings, conduct research, and prepare cases for trial, with hybrid work options and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• J.D. required and bar admission in the United States.
• Litigation experience with depositions preferred.
• Proactive, motivated, organized with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 20-25 matters.
• Take depositions and attend hearings and mediations.
• Draft pleadings, motions and briefs.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
• Draft discovery requests and responses.
• Review documents for production.
• Investigate claims and develop case strategies.
• Report to insurance carrier clients and insureds.
• Prepare cases for trial/mediation and participate in proceedings.
