Job Description

We seek experienced, decisive claims adjusters for our Vehicle Property Damage program to handle commercial auto claims nationwide. This is a remote, work-from-home position. Responsibilities include building relationships with insureds, brokers, attorneys, and carriers, and presenting quarterly reports with recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and fair claims practices in each state.
• Review coverage and report potential issues.
• Draft and review various claim correspondence.
• Conduct thorough investigations and set reserves.
• Manage litigated files and oversee claim settlements.
• Handle subrogation and salvage operations as needed.
• Document activities and maintain current files.

Skills/Knowledge

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and strong typing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a team environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of claims experience in commercial auto, with prior Vehicle Property Damage experience preferred.
• Hold an Independent Adjuster’s license in your state, or obtain it within specified timeframes.

Salary

Range: $70,000-$80,000, based on experience, skills, and location. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k), paid time off, bonuses, and more.
