• Draft coverage determinations and review estimates using professional adjusting and restoration practices.
• Evaluate restoration scopes, quantities, costs, and estimate accuracy with Xactimate or similar software.
• Analyze causality and policy coverage issues across complex property claims.
• Record your methods, findings, and supporting reasoning in clear, concise reports.
• Provide property damage and restoration commentary for AI training work.

This is part-time contract work for someone with substantial property adjusting, insurance, or restoration experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed to explain technical findings to different audiences.
