OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialty Inspection Expert to remotely review crop, auction, and rental inspection evidence and provide expert assessments for AI model training.

You will explain your reasoning to ensure traceability of every decision and work flexibly around approximately 10 hours per week. The role is a remote, part-time contractor position with an hourly pay range of $20 to $60, available to candidates in multiple regions and across many countries.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years in crop insurance adjusting.
• Experience in auction grading or rental/lease inspection is useful.
• Professional English required for reporting and explanations.

• Clarify requirements remotely when needed.

What It Pays And Takes

This is a part-time contractor role with flexible scheduling. Experience across crop, auction, and rental specialties is useful but not required.

• Pay: $20 to $60 per hour.
• Time: About 10 hours per week, with working days and hours you choose, including weekends if desired.
• Location: Remote and open to candidates in 52 specified countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
• Language: Professional fluency in English.
• Experience: At least five years in crop insurance adjusting, auction grading, or rental or lease return inspection, including at least three years applicable to rental-return work.
• Skills: Interpret field and aerial imagery for agricultural or industrial assessments.
• Knowledge: Industry grading standards and loss-assessment methods.
• Strengths: Careful attention to detail, well-supported judgment, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Helpful backgrounds: Crop insurance loss inspection, agricultural remote sensing, vehicle or equipment auction inspection, or rental-return inspection involving garments, costumes, props, or gear.
