Clausen Miller P.C. seeks a highly qualified first-party property coverage and defense attorney for base in Irvine or San Francisco.3–12 years’ experience, excellent writer with substantial experience drafting coverage opinions for insurers and/or defending them in lawsuits filed by insureds. Active California license in good standing required.

Hybrid in-office/remote schedule with comprehensive benefits. Salary range: $120,000 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 3–12 years’ experience in first‑party property coverage and defense.
• Experience writing coverage opinions for insurers and defending them in lawsuits.

Responsibilities

• Based in Irvine or San Francisco; handle first‑party property coverage and defense matters.
• Draft coverage opinions for insurers and defend insurers in insureds’ lawsuits.
• Represent insurers in lawsuits filed by insureds; participate in a hybrid in‑office/remote work schedule.

Clausen Miller P.C. seeks a highly qualified first-party property coverage and defense attorney with 3‑-12 years’ experience to be based in the Firm’s Irvine or San Francisco office. Excellent writer with substantial experience writing coverage opinions for insurers and/or defending them in lawsuits filed by Insureds. All candidates must have an active license to practice law in the state of California and be a member in good standing with the state bar.
