Clausen Miller P.C. seeks an Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to be based in Irvine or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will handle complex civil litigation matters and possess strong writing and analytical skills.

Candidates must hold a California license in good standing and can work under a hybrid/remote schedule while residing in California; salary range is $110,000 to $140,000 per year DOE.

Qualifications

• Active California license to practice law and be in good standing with the California Bar.
• Experience handling complex civil litigation matters.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills, with discovery and deposition experience.
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Hybrid/remote schedule available; must reside in California.

Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking a highly qualified Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to be based in the Firm’s Irvine or San Francisco office. Exceptional candidates should have experience handling complex civil litigation matters.Excellent writing and analytical skills, together with experience in drafting and responding to discovery, preparing for and conducting depositions, motion practice and trial preparation. Hold an active license to practice law in California and be a member in good standing with the state bar. Hybrid/remote work schedule available but must reside in California.

Salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 per year DOE.
