The ideal candidate brings a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 3+ years of insurance coverage experience with strong research and drafting skills. Hybrid work arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3 years of substantive insurance coverage experience.
• Experience handling property insurance coverage issues and policy analysis.
• Strong research, writing, and drafting capabilities.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive and confidential matters.
• Prior litigation experience including depositions and hearings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and claim materials; draft coverage opinions.
• Prepare correspondence for clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Review documents in coverage disputes and litigation.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and similar platforms.
• Draft and respond to written discovery, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions, participate in hearings and mediations.
• Support case strategy through all phases of litigation.
