OhioHealth is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to lead and oversee repairs and maintenance across our care sites. The role emphasizes coordinating daily and long-term work, vendor relations, and material procurement to support safe, reliable operations.

The coordinator is responsible for coordinating, leading and oversight of facility repairs and maintenance. They would also maintain customer relationships, support construction/renovation projects and vendor relationships and building access. The coordinator will also secure competitive pricing for services, arrange for contracted service and repair and assist maintenance technicians in obtaining materials and parts.
High School or GED (Required)
Two-year degree or equivalent combination of and Experience. Thorough technical skills in assigned areas. Broad knowledge of maintaining commercial real estate. Proficient with basic computer applications such as Power Point, MS Office and MS Outlook 2+ yrs. Experience in commercial property management, skilled trades or construction.
