Job summary

Anovaeon, LLC is seeking a Property Supervisor for a federally contracted ICE processing facility in the United States. You will own property intake, tracking, storage, and disposition, ensuring strict chain-of-custody and compliance with federal standards.

Lead a team, oversee audits, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining resident rights and documentation integrity across the intake, storage, and discharge lifecycle. This is a fully onsite role with 24/7 coverage requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property control, inventory management, logistics, or asset accountability.
• Experience in secure environments, government, corrections, or compliance settings preferred.
• 2+ years of direct staff supervision/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, chain-of-custody procedures, records and audits.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict accountability with zero tolerance for errors; identify discrepancies and enforce corrective action.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills; bilingual capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection and intake of detainees’ personal property upon arrival.
• Ensure accurate inventory and documentation of all items, including clothing, valuables, documents, personal effects.
• Establish and enforce chain-of-custody protocols from intake through final disposition.
• Verify property is logged correctly, tagged/identified, stored according to policy.
• Ensure property receipts are issued and documented in accordance with requirements.
• Manage and supervise all property storage areas, ensuring security, organization, and traceability.
• Conduct routine inspections and reconciliations of stored property.
• Maintain real-time tracking and accountability for all detainee property.
• Conduct and oversee audits and inventory reconciliation checks.
• Identify and investigate missing items, documentation discrepancies, and chain-of-custody breaks.
• Implement corrective actions and ensure resolution of discrepancies.
