The Property Supervisor serves as the central authority for the collection, inventory, safeguarding, tracking, storage, and return of all detainees’ personal property within a federally contracted ICE processing facility. This role ensures full chain‑of‑custody accountability, accurate documentation, and strict compliance with Federal standards, contractual requirements, and federal oversight expectations. The Property Supervisor functions as the single point of responsibility for property control operations, ensuring that all items are handled securely, ethically, and consistently throughout the intake, storage, and discharge lifecycle, and is the facility’s lead for all property‑related issues, including discrepancies, claims, audits, and compliance reviews.
