Job summary

Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists is expanding its PCA team in the Atlanta area. The role requires 3–10 years of equity-level commercial property assessment experience and a degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.

The candidate should be close to Roswell, GA or willing to relocate, with strong report-writing and field documentation skills. Travel nationwide 1–3 days at a time, 3–4 times per month, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists (Atlanta-Metro) is seeking to add additional, experienced, talent to our rapidly growing Property Condition Assessment (PCA) team. This is an important position within our company, requiring 3-10 years of equity-level commercial property assessment work experience along with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering. The right candidate will be a great multi-tasker, have a high energy level, and a strong work ethic.

Required Skills, Experience and Attributes

• Excellent organizational and report-writing skills
