KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations at Lincoln Park Lofts, Raupp Street Apartments, and Rivers Edge Apartments in Lincoln Park, MI and Melvindale, MI. This role focuses on resident satisfaction, rent collection, and staff leadership to maintain a high-quality community experience.

The ideal candidate brings property management experience, strong leadership, budgeting know-how, and a customer-first mindset, with proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Must have property management experience or proven ability to manage community operations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a team or property setting.
• Experience with budgeting and financial oversight for property operations.
• Customer service mindset with focus on resident satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community.
• Handle resident concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage rent collection and financial reporting.
• Market the community and lead on-site staff.
• Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to meet occupancy and service goals.
