Job summary

RHF seeks an Apartment Manager for Barringer Gardens, a 48-unit RHF affordable housing community. The role oversees daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and compliance with HUD requirements to ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment.

The manager collaborates with maintenance, leasing, and resident services to maximize occupancy and deliver excellent customer service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in property management preferred.
• 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in senior living or affordable housing.
• Experience with HUD or affordable housing programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and facilities management.
• Ensure compliance with HUD and RHF regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and occupancy to maximize performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor management to keep the property safe and well-maintained.
• Foster a positive community atmosphere and address resident concerns promptly.
